The color-coded banners alert you of possible threats and display the sender's email address, indicating whether it's internal or external. If you're seeing these banners, your IT team has deployed our protection and included you in the group of protected users.
- Our system did not find anything unusual. Still verify the displayed sender address makes sense.
- Something unusual was detected. Not necessarily phishing, but warrants extra attention.
- The message is suspicious and likely phishing. This includes brand impersonations, blocked URLs, or spoofed internal accounts.
Look carefully at who the email is from and whether you trust them. Be cautious about clicking links or opening attachments. When in doubt, verify through a separate channel - such as calling or messaging the sender directly.
