Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
For material changes that significantly affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a more prominent notice on the Site.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them or your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of and venue in such courts.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
Waiver
The failure of Nehemiah to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Nehemiah.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nehemiah regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and Nehemiah with respect to the Site.
